You will love this big ranch with soaring ceilings in a fantastic location (near Wal-Mart and Eagle Drive). Relax in the huge great room with fireplace, or dine in the banquet sized dining room. It opens to the comfortable kitchen and breakfast room. The MBR has tall ceilings, closet space galore, and a private bath with large vanity and garden tub. Enjoy the patio and wooded lot without worry because we have already replaced the roof, gutters, water heater, a portion of the siding, and painted it all (exterior is now a neutral khaki color). This is a fantastic home with lots of extras and upgrades.Owner will assist you in obtaining a mortgage, or if you prefer owner financing, then seller may be able to finance the purchase with low down payment if your financial situation is average or better.Please email me your name, phone #, and email address so I know you are serious.
