Want to buy a home? Poor credit? Not sure prices have bottomed? This house must be rented or sold by the end of the January! Give me an offer! I will rent to the highest bidder.The home includes a detached guest house with an additional 680 sf which includes a bathroom and living area. This spacious home sits on a large private yard, almost 1/2 acre. All new travertine tile. The entire home has been re-textured with Sante Fe finish. The complete exterior of homes has been stucco. Each bedroom has its own bathroom! Home has been repainted with two tone designer paint inside and new recessed lighting everywhere. The kitchen includes new cabinets with all new stainless steel appliances. All three bathrooms have new tile and upgraded faucets. The location is awesome! Best of all, you get an option to buy this house. We can structure it any number of ways: you have the right to buy it at a negotiated price forever, a price that increases over time, etc. If you rent from me and the house appreciates but not as much as you had hoped, then we will put it on the market and split the profit. The only way you don t win in this deal is if housing continues to decline or stays flat. But if that is true, the best place to be is a rental.You will need proof of income. What I love about the home
I love the detached 640 sqft Casita in the rear of the lot. It creates an intimate space between the Casita and Home, great for parties, while still allowing for the large backyard for kids to run around and play.
