Excellent Location! two 9 ft off street parking spaces are included. Beautiful 2 floor 1044 Sq. Ft duplex on Belmont. This is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Southeast Portland. On the first floor there is a great living area featuring a modern guest bathroom with abundant storage and beautiful accents, a laundry area with brand new energy efficient stacking Fridgaire Affinity Washer and Dryer and an urban spacious kitchen with a wonderful feng shui design. The kitchen has a very open, unobtrusive, practical blueprint where function and beauty meet. It's outfitted with all new appliances, exquisite glass cabinets, extendable Lazy Susans, light mahogany cupboards, quiet close drawers, and lots of storage. The kitchen opens up to a private backyard with a covered sitting area and a cauldron fire pit. The backyard also features a lovely sun trellis and a 7 foot X 8 foot storage shed that accommodates bikes, snow tires, sports equipment, gardening tools etc. The private backyard is a great space for a get together/ BBQ, early morning yoga, meditation, gardening, or just to enjoy. As you depart the first floor a carpeted staircase takes you up to the second floor where the two bedrooms with walk in closet, additional storage, linen closet, attic storage and an additional bathroom with granite and tons of storage, are located. The home also features an advanced heating and cooling system that uses inverter technology. This ensures that the house is heated or cooled to your desired comfort level and at the same time reduces energy consumption by 30% compared to traditional fixed speed systems. This system is equipped with a built-in feature called intelligent eye that monitors your movement and automatically adjust climate patterns as you go from room to room. It also has advanced feature settings for your nighttime sleep and during the day while you are at work or out and about. The biggest pro of this system is that it specializes in the ability to minimize temperature fluctuations and provide continuous cooling and heating comfort with maximum energy savings.
Utility Room:
The utility area has a heat resistant counter top installed that is wonderful for ironing clothes when you are in a hurry. This area has a lot of cabinet storage above and below. It's a useful place to store items which aren't used on a daily basis, as well as your laundry supplies.
Straight out of the box, brand new refrigerator by Whirlpool. The refrigerator is equipped with LED light technology, water filtration, water/ice maker, and gives the ability for you to customize your storage using 3 adjustable tempered glass shelves. This refrigerator also allows for storage of strong sharp cheeses and spicy foods in the included box, which keeps flavors in and reduces odors. This appliance is also equipped with a LED lock panel feature so settings aren't accidentally changed and a door chime alarm that notifies you if the door has been left open by accident.
2 bedrooms are located on the second floor. They both have natural light coming in from large windows in both rooms. The master bedroom has a walk in closet with LED energy saving lighting and a closet organizer for a plethora of garments. The guest bedroom features large mirrored sliding doors, 2 sizeable cabinet cupboards with deep storage space, and closet organizers with shelves for a surplus of clothes and outfits. The bedrooms were tailored to have an electrical outlet near by so you will never be far from power.

What I love about the home

Kitchen/ Dining Area The kitchen is a functional area with a lot of room to move. The kitchen is full of brand new appliances, gorgeous light mahogany cupboards, a large ceramic sink with a very cool industrial restaurant faucet and an elegant granite backsplash. The kitchen is very warm, cozy, and user friendly when it comes to navigating and cooking. The eating area in the kitchen is very new age and has a wonderful coffee bar feel to it with the bonus of privacy and a view of the backyard. The kitchen was tailored to have an electrical outlet near by so you will never be far from power. This space was designed so it could be used in a multitude of different ways. Backyard: A delightful area with 4 planters installed where you can garden at your own whim, grow flowers, herbs, or vegetables! Huge locking shed where you can store multiple bikes, snow tires, sports equipment, gardening equipment, etc. The backyard also has a wonderful cauldron fire-pit and a quaint covered area for sitting and a magnificent sun trellis. There is more than enough space for additional patio furniture, potted trees, hammock, barbeque, table and chairs, etc. Bathrooms: Large attractive ceramic sinks with counter space, modern mirrored cupboards and gorgeous dark wood tall cabinets with plenty of storage space for your toiletries, cosmetics, towels etc. This bathroom also features lovely granite back splashes and lots of illumination. The toilets are dual flush technology to conserve water usage. The bathrooms also feature a combination ceiling fan/heater/light and GFI outlet for hair dryers or electric toothbrushes. Front: Covered patio entry, large key-entry locking mailbox for packages and mail security, curbed planting area, two 9-foot parking spaces, esthetically pleasing parking lot design. In addition, there is plenty of street parking if needed. Bamboo plants decorate one side of the duplex, and Fat Spike lavender and shrub plants along the sidewalk.
