What I love about the home

Spacious home with 4 floors of space. Numerous updates have been made in 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 including all refinished hard wood floors (no carpet in home). All new bathrooms, updated plumbing and electrical, new front doors and hardware, new lighting throughout, new insulation (attic), newer central A/C, glass block basement windows, all new landscaping (professional). All new gutters and renovated slate roof in June 2010. Home is in historic neighborhood, beautiful single family homes. House across the street is all stone with built in telescope (looks like a castle). Trees throughout neighborhood, looks very classy.

Market guide

Zillow predicts Original Northwood home values will increase 0.3% next year, compared to a 1.7% rise for Baltimore as a whole. Among Original Northwood homes, this home is 56.6% more expensive than the midpoint (median) home, and is priced 9.6% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Original Northwood, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 48.7% lower than in Baltimore, and 33.5% higher than the national average. This lower local number could help Original Northwood home values rise more quickly than other regions in Baltimore.
