This beautiful fieldstone home has been maintained wonderfully,new carpet and paint. Close to shopping,airport,schools and Keeneland. The master bedroom is very spacious with hardwood floors and three double closets. The master bath has a travertine laid floor,corian countertops,skylight,large tub and separate shower. The family room steps down 2 steps with a brick woodburning fireplace,finished brick walls,skylight,built in bookcases,wet bar with corian counter top. There also is an in floor safe. If you want a large eat in kitchen, this home has it,with corian counter tops and a center island,and a built in desk. All ceilings are 9' with the exception of the family room which is 11'. The utility room has a half bath. Great stamped concrete patio.Copper Kettle doesn't stay on the fountain. Will be replaced with another fixture. CHECK with School Board to ensure schools.Great Opportunity !  More Less
