New carpet, paint, H/E furnace, tankless hot water, wine cellar, landscape, garage & extra pkg for 5 cars

What I love about the home

We love and will miss the swimming pool most. Nothing can explain how great it is to have endless pool parties in the summer. We have so much fun BBQing, swimming, lounging, and hanging with our friends. Our house is definitely the gathering spot for all our friends and we would not have it any other way! We love it. The layout is amazing for entertaining. We love having dinner parties, Super Bowl parties, cocktail parties, etc, etc, and the open flowing floorplan makes it possible and easy for small groups or large gatherings. The master suite is truly a retreat. Having that much space just for us is quite a treat. The jetted tub is wonderful and the enormous walk-in allows us to have our clothes and shoe obsession! And we love walking up the stairs and seeing the city views. We will miss the house but are looking forward to the next chapter in our lives and for the new buyers to make memories in this truly unique and spectacular house.
