My Notes

Edit
Renovation done right is the best way to describe this home. You will see the charm from the street with the large front porch and scenic view of the lovely park in the middle of 2nd St, Wilder Park Subdivision. The beautiful refinished hardwood floors and arched doorways will catch your eyes the minute you enter. Tray ceilings in the living room and exposed beams in the dining room. Interior and exterior have been freshly painted with great neutral colors. Owners decided to keep the charm of the beautiful old windows, and have totally rebuilt and repaired them. Fabulous French doors with original glass door knobs and brass hardware separate the formal dinning room from a quaint Florida room. Florida room has neutral tile floors and a view of the huge flat back yard and great tree for summer picnics. Alley way parking area for three cars. Renovated half bath and kitchen; kitchen appliances remain; a 2-10 Home Warranty is in place. Electrical and plumbing systems have been updated. The designer neutral colors really set off the architectural details in this warm, cozy home.  More Less

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Wilder Park, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 176.6% greater than in Louisville, and 58.3% less than the national average.
