Located in the City of Decatur, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath was built in 1941 and beautifully renovated in 2000. The master suite and an office/nursery are upstairs. There is a working gas-log fireplace in the living room. It has a detached garage and a fenced-in backyard. There is a front porch and a deck off of the master bedroom. This house is on a great street inside the Winnona Park community, so no busy traffic--but an easy walk to schools and downtown Decatur. This one won't last long!
