My Notes

Great Stoneybrook 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. It is well appointed and it shows beautifully. There are updated counter tops, floors, bathrooms. The decor is very current. New paint colors are trimmed and coordinated throughout the condo. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom so there is an excellent roommate lay out. The tasteful ceramic tile floors are throughout the living room, dining area and kitchen. The complex has fabulous amenities from on site tennis courts to a clubhouse, swimming pools, spas, sauna, workout room, ping pong table, clubhouse and more. There are social activities if the resident chooses to participate. The location is walking or biking distance to Cal State University Long Beach. It is close to the beach bicycling paths.
