Ceramic tile is in the kitchen, baths and foyer. Master bedroom has carpet. All flooring is recent. Maple cabinets in the kitchen. All appliances are recent. Roof is 5 years old and a/c is 2 years old. Screened porch looks out on fenced in yard that is big enough to add a pool. 2 car garage too with extra parking pad. Home shows great. Good Conway schools.
