Buy both and sell off the valuable buildable lot next door! 413 Wiltshire is located in a quiet, desirable neighborhood, between Shroyer Rd. and Far Hills Blvd/S.R. 48 in the Oakwood school district. Close to schools, shopping, library and parks. It is quite rare to find a home like this with an identical vacant parcel included! Built in 1924, this masonry and frame home has retained its original charm; including beautiful solid wood floors, much unpainted wood trim, picture molding and one of the largest bathrooms you've ever seen in a house this size. Recently the subject of a wildly popular historic home tour showcasing the owner's preservation of the property in its 1930's style, you must see this home to appreciate.When you step in the door you enter the large living room, measuring approx. 22' x 14' and featuring a working gas fireplace and original built in light fixtures on the mantel and newel post. The ceiling fixtures are also original and contain Mazda/G.E. light bulbs made prior to 1945. The bulbs are tinted to give a beautiful, healthy glow. The original owner added many custom touches to the decor, including the amazing pattern in the custom wood floors.The home is being sold As-Is.
