The kitchen is a beauty with all black appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and over the range microwave. A stack set washer and dryer in the condo is so convenient! Tile in the great room (living room/dining room) is so easy to maintain and a great feature. The community offers a club house with gym and a swimming pool. Located in the gated community of Bellasol. Only $875 includes up to $50 in water. Yes, only $875 for a 3 bedroom!
