My Notes

The whole house was gutted and rebuilt in 2010.
The only original things are the 4 brick walls on the first floor.
The house now features an open concept living room and dining room on the first floor with a separate breakfast area and pass through partition separating the nook and dining room The kitchen has been totally redone with brand new custom cabinets and granite counter tops. The first floor bathroom is oversized with floor to ceiling tile and a gigantic Jacuzzi. There is a very open feel on the first floor with our newly added 6' bay window and French patio doors.
On the newly added second floor you will find a 20x15 master bathroom with 2 4x8 walk in closets, a second 10x15 bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom.

What I love about the home

This house is truly unique compared to all the other houses on the block. It is custom rebuilt following a fire in 2008. We added a second level and took great care to make it stand out and as custom as possible. An added bonus is that since it was completely gutted and redone we know for a fact that everything is as modern as possible and efficient as possible. Just for reassurance our house was completed 2 months before hurricane Irene struck and not a drop of water entered the house and not a grain of sand blew off the roof in the harsh winds. This house is SOLID! We love to entertain and kept that in mind when we designed our home. From the matching custom vinyl fence to the custom build kitchen cabinets this house was made to stand out. The open concept first floor has allot of room for entertaining. The breakfast nook with granite countertop bar makes a great conversation area. The French doors open up to our back deck with leads to our gigantic patio area and pool, as well as our side yard. The drive way along with garage can easily hold 6-7 cars so parking is never a problem. Our neighbors are great. Aside from having parties of their own we never have to worry about someone complaining our guests are too loud.
