Is there a move-in special?No- In general, deposits are usualy the same as the rent if qualifying criteria is met.5. Is any landscaping/gardener service provided?No6. What utilities are included in the rent?Water, sewer and trash7. Does the property allow pets?No8. Do pets cost extra?N/A9. Which appliances are included?Oven/stove, fridge and microwave10. What if I have a prior eviction?Evictions or unpaid debts to prior landlords are automatic denials.21. How long does it take to get a response after I turn in an application?Normally it takes 1-2 business days depending on how quickly your employment and landlord references are able to respond.22. How do I know if I have been approved?We will call you the moment your application is approved. We appreciate your patience while your application is processed with the highest priority.23. What do I do after I am approved?Once you are approved we'll contact you to arrange signing the lease, payment of your Security Deposit, and to schedule a move-in date.24.
