VERY CUTE BUNGALOW IN GREAT SOUTH CITY LOCATION NEAR FAMOUS BEVO MILL...Very nice 1 Bedroom could easily be converted to a 2 bedroom by adding a closet and changing the basement stairs. Each bedroom is nicely sized and well laid out. Updated eat in kitchen with nice cabinets and countertop, stove, fridge, dishwasher and hood. Bathroom has been renovated but needs cleaned and final touches to make it nice. Boiler heat system was shut off during the winter and at least three radiators are broken, so you will need/want to install new HVAC. House needs siding and roofing. Hardwood floors under old carpet may be in fairly good condition. XL fenced yard with a garage and great location!! All of these things add up to OPPORTUNITY and POTENTIAL for a home or rental, but it means FHA Construction Loan, LOC on another property or cash are the only real ways to finance this home. This is truly a diamond in the rough. This home won't last long.  More Less
