If you are looking for a lovely home in a great location, look no further. This modern, neutral colored, freshly painted townhouse is an end unit with a lot of natural light, a 2 car garage, deck and patio, and backs to mature trees and open space. The community is great for walking with trails and sidewalks, and it is a short walk to Fairfax Corner town center, Wegmans grocery, and the local park. It's a short trip to shopping at Fair Oaks Mall and Fair Lakes, and provides easy access to I-66 and Fairfax County Parkway and Vienna Metro (orange line). This home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom walk-in closet, all bedroom closets, coat closets, and the walk-in pantry are customized for convenient access and optimal use of space. Upstairs, there is a Master Suite with Master Bath (dual sink, shower, soaking tub), plus 2 bedrooms with shared hall bath. All upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main level features hardwood floors throughout, formal living and dining area, butlers pantry, powder room, kitchen with island, family room with fireplace and ceiling fan, and breakfast nook with ceiling fan. The deck, which can be accessed from the nook, overlooks the open space and the mature trees provide privacy. The lower level has a bedroom (which could also be used as a den/office) and full bath, and a media room that is pre-wired for surround sound. There are in-ceiling speakers with controls on each level (Master Bedroom, Kitchen/Family Room, Entertainment room), so you can hear your music wherever you are in the house.
