Great bungalow with a practical floor plan. The completely finished lower level creates a 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom home. Downstairs has been waterproofed and can almost function as a completely separate living quarters. The updated, eat-in kitchen has a working island for more counter space and room for a table and chairs. It has a freshly painted bright white interior that feels cheerful.
