My Notes

Spectacular 3 Bedroom Cond-op requires no board approval and has magnificent unobstructed panoramic views north, south, east and west. The apartment was decorated by a world class interior decorator and was just renovated to the finest standards. Magnificent coffered ceiling in generous hallway leads into spectacular living room and dining room with gorgeous, jaw-dropping views everywhere. There is access to the balcony from the living room. The walls are finished in many coats of Venetian Plaster both on the walls and ceilings, adding to the warmth and elegance of the room. Motorized custom shades lend ambiance to every time of day and endless views of the city, river, bridges, airports, and iconic buildings such as Chrysler and Empire State Building. Next to the garden-like dining room, surrounded by windows, is a fabulous new kitchen with custom cherry wood cabinets and floors, and gorgeous rose quartz counter tops that look beautiful and never scratch! There is a deluxe 2 unit dishwasher by the Swedish company Fisher & Paykel, a state of the art Electrolux stove, and a sub-zero Electrolux refrigerator with two cherry wood paneled doors. The kitchen has a large window facing the river and offers charming views of the river and tram going to Roosevelt Island. Off the main hallway is a library/bedroom with unobstructed views, floor to ceiling wood cabinets and shelves, with decorator finishes and gracious, separate bathroom. On the other side of the apartment, are two more bedrooms - each with separate bathrooms. The master bedroom has a separate dressing area with closets and built-ins and its own separate bathroom. The views continue as you lay in bed and enjoy the river and the passing boats, etc. A charming balcony is off the master bedroom. There are also custom, motorized shades and designer draperies and finishes. On the other side is the guest bedroom and is equipped with two deep closets and a cedar closet. There are also endless views south and west and is decorated in a charming manner with designer touches and a separate bathroom. This is a full service, pet friendly building with a wonderful staff including 24 hour doorman, concierge, live-in super, gym, garage and, lovely courtyard garden. Pied a terres are welcome. For the ultimate in fine living, this must be seen!.  More Less
