What I love about the home
Best schools-Massey Hill Classical High School, 8 min. drive away-MHCHS-total college preparatory & academic high school-great success! 71st Classical Middle School-still driving distance but further (although worth it)! SFCMS-total academics focusing on college preparatory. Schools are very family oriented & well worth child attending. Check them out & school report cards. School of choice elementary schools within driving distance including public Montessori school-Also some great private schools, including Christian schools. Fayetteville & surrounding areas have so much to see & do w/the family-Also within 1 hour drive-take weekend trip drive about 2 hours either west for most gorgeous mountains or east for very best beaches. If you like the outdoors there are nature parks, botanical gardens, water falls (yes waterfalls right here in Fayetteville, NC in several locations including park w/zip line that shows you beautiful lush land that some never see-located at Carvers Falls-was a mill years ago w/real water wheel. Lakes all over County as well as surrounding counties. Many festivals & concerts at Festival Park & amphitheater downtown. Local venders & businesses to support. All have American pride! Huge ethnic diversity-Big positive! See the world in one location! International Festival every September. All the represented countries come together & share their beautiful world! Swimming & fishing w/so many locations. Museums! Learn to fly fish, boating or other outdoors skills, take a ride to Lake Rim Park! Many other recreational parks. Semi-pro baseball, football, hockey sports. Cape Fear Theatre performing plays. Many professional performing arts shows & groups. Music in the park! Great location! Make an offer! God bless!
