New blinds and window treatments throughout unit Kitchen contains a newer refrigerator and a new electric stove. There is 1 bedroom on the main floor with hardwood floors and 2 bedrooms on lower level, both with new ceramic tile. Finished basement includes washer and dryer. Hot water heater replaced in early 2014. There is an abundance of storage and closet space. Nice shared backyard and front yard with views of the Cascade Mountains and the University District. The unit is located within walking distance to the heart of Wallingford, Gasworks Park and the University of Washington, including many shops and restaurants. Also located near major bus routes with easy access to I-5 and the soon to be completed Link Light Rail station connecting you to downtown and Sea-Tac airport.
