Parris Landing, a luxury condominium community is conveniently located within the Charlestown Navy Yard. Converting to condominiums in 2004, Parris Landing has kept its unique shipyard heritage appearance as well as benefiting from utilizing the expertise of world renowned designer Phillippe Starck. Sculptures representing his designs are featured both in the interior building atriums as well as the outdoor courtyard areas.
A state of the art intercom access system allows residents to enter with their electronic key fob while allowing guests access through a telephone entry system. The 24-hour concierge monitors visitors and allows approved access for the convenience of our residents.
Consisting of 367 units within five buildings Parris Landing offers a variety of unit types allowing any potential purchaser the opportunity to find just the right unit to call home. Units range from 550 square foot studios to 1,383 square foot triplex units consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, study and roof deck.
