What I love about the home

I feel very safe living here. Multi close circuit security cameras around premises. We have superintendent to take care everything. There is NYPD facility next to the building 24/7. Burger King, McDonald, Gas station, and Deli are 24/7. Domino?s Pizza, KFC, White Castle, Diner, Chinese food and many restaurants still open after midnight. Shopping is also very convenient. There are Costco, Key Food Supermarket, C-town Supermarket, and many other retails. Everything is walking distance. There are D, N, R trains and it takes me only 30 minutes to Manhattan, I feel very convenient. P.S. 172 Beacon School of Excellence is ranked 9th of 2264 New York public elementary schools. Market guide

Zillow predicts 11232 home values will rise 4.4% next year, compared to a 3.4% increase for New York as a whole. Among 11232 homes, this home is valued 33.6% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 2% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In 11232, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 70.3% greater than in New York, and 59.4% lower than the national average. This higher local number may prevent 11232 home values from rising as quickly as other regions in New York.
