Substantially discounted rent stabilized 3 bedroom apartments in Park Slope for investment purposes only. The building was converted from rental to co-op under a non-eviction conversion plan, as such, resident who chose not to buy their apartments stayed on as rent stabilized occupant. The two units for sale could be purchased as a package deal. This transaction is only for an investor looking for tax incentive or a long term opportunity. The apartment is in poor to fair condition. Resident of the unit have requested not to be perturbed and showing will only be granted upon an accepted offer. Protected under the law the resident are fully compliant and cannot be solicited to vacate the apartment. Only through a voluntary leave of the occupant will an owner be able to take procession of the unit.
