Fantastic single story bungalow in a great location which offers the ultimate in convenience to shops and freeway. Avoid the Southbound congestion on Highway 1 which typically starts AFTER the Morrissey exit. Easy walk to Post Office and Safeway and even Staff of Life. The Banana Belt is Santa Cruz' sunniest neighborhood and there is a large yard here to enjoy outdoor living with raised beds for gardening, hot tub and deck for later in the day.
The home features a large kitchen with granite counters and maple cabinets, solid maple floors throughout the living area, and carpet in the bedrooms. Completely move in ready.
In back there are 2 outbuildings on the alley: large 2 car garage and a separate shop building which has been converted into a yoga studio/exercise room with bamboo floors...would also be ideal as an art studio or large office.
The alley provides ample parking behind the garage and there is great potential here for a guest house (over the garage?).
