The materials used in this spectacular timber frame home would be cost prohibitive to build again using Northern Canadian Douglas Fir. The insurance companies independent appraisal for replacement of only the home structure is $1,189,484. This does not include the value of the land the home is built on or the value of the adjoining lot on the east side. Note: There is a very large unfinished bonus room over the 2 car garage. Current owner was advised by the original owners that the A/C unit has been spec'd for the added load of the Bonus Room if you choose to finish that area.
