The Bungalows were built in 1923 and remodeled in 2005. This is a charming building with a central courtyard and each of the 6 units has both it's own entrance and a backdoor. While located just a block of bustling Broadway the Bungalows are remarkably quiet. Details include original hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings and a loft, gourmet kitchen with marble counters and a wine chiller. The bathroom features subway tiles and a rain shower head.

What I love about the home

This is such a great little community! With only 6 units it's easy to manage and the community has the feel of home. Broadway and all the excitement of Capitol Hill are just steps away yet the courtyard is quiet enough that you can easily sit and read a book on a sunny afternoon. The places are small but charming and include all the modern conveniences
