This lovely Victorian Building, which has been completely renovated, built in 1880 in situated in the eclectic Franklin Boulevard. What I love about the home

Check with city of Cleveland on acceptable zoning uses... Quite a place in the day! Could be great restored... maybe a bed & breakfast, boarding house, hostile or large 3 family home. Good income producing potential after rehab.
