Perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is in move-in condition! Many homes are advertised as "move-in condition", but few have the upgrades that you would have chosen. This home does! Tastefully and impressively redone.

What I love about the home

South of Ventura Blvd. in the hills of Sherman Oaks makes the location ideal - close proximity to convenient shopping (Whole Foods, Starbucks, Sherman Oaks Galleria and many restaurants) yet private and serene. Corner lot means there's only one immediate neighbor sharing property lines. At the end of Noble Ave./Del Gado, so no cross traffic! Outdoor space is plentiful and truly represents the best of Southern California living. Outdoor and indoor spaces blend well and combine to make harmonius living and entertaining spaces.
