There is lots of room for entertaining and a bathroom for guests. Additional features on this floor is a thermostat controlled fireplace and an outdoor concrete patio for entertaining or morning coffee. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and have windows which provide lots of light, it's perfect for a home office or guests. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Attached to the townhome is a 2 car garage which also has a closet and lots of extra storage for bikes, skies etc. This townhome is built green for excellent energy efficiency.
