You can't beat the views from this kitchen and living room - look right out onto Queen Anne and Downtown. This bright unit has an open floorplan that is great for entertaining. The kitchen and bathroom have all the upgrades you're looking for! Completed in 2008, this apartment complex is one of the nicest in the Wallingford/Fremont area. All of the apartments have cherry wood floors, matching cherry wood kitchen cabinets, and granite countertops. Each apartment also has a washer/dryer, patio or deck, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. The building has storage and off-street parking on two-secured-underground parking levels. It also offers rooftop access where there is deck furniture, a gas BBQ, and running water. There is a nice view of the Seattle city skyline and Lake Union from the rooftop deck. Forty apartments occupy this building and it is a secured access building. The location of the building is approximately one mile west of I-5, so it's quick to the I-5 corridor as well as downtown Seattle. Shops, restaurants and groceries are all a comfortable walk from the building supporting the walk score of 92 for this building. Stone Way also offers easy access to downtown Seattle, Wallingford, Fremont, Greenlake, and Ballard. One of the top locations in the neighborhood, the Howard Park Apartments sport a grand entry with solid marble columns, marble wainscoting, fireplace and a large medallion in the lobby floor. The property offers 24/7 emergency maintenance from our professional, Ballard-based, maintenance staff. The building also features an on-call property manager to assist with issues or emergencies as necessary.
