My Notes

Lovely spacious 1 bedroom in the heart of Midtown East/Sutton area. Living room has three large windows, exposed brickwall, high ceilings and hardwood floors. The bedroom can easily fit a Queen size bed plus furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms are windowed. New laundry room. Pets okay, no smokers, please. Call or write Arlene for a viewing.
