This is a custom finished one year old new construction Craftsman style Townhouse within the Sweetbriar Village Homeowners Association, approximately 3,600 sq. ft. living space, intercom with radio and cd player, granite counter tops, Wet bar in basement family room 2 dual temperature wine coolers, first floor master suite with master bath separate jet tub and large tiled shower stall, 2 furnaces for zoned heating and A/C,Market value ($346,400) is the 2013 Court Ordered Reassessment Value. tax dollars is based of currant 2012 market value $247,300 full value 2011, however there is one year left of the new construction tax abatement.Here's the owners point of view:We like the convenience of the area, Stephen and I walked to all of the football games some baseball games, eat dinner at some very nice restaurants with a beautiful view, July 4th, we are close to the airport and downtown, you can live in the city but enjoy the quiet neighborhood Sweetbriar is very quiet not a lot of traffic. There are two inclines close to station square and other restaurants on Shilo Street (Red Beards etc.). We liked it because we could walk not drive.  More Less
