What a gem!! What I love about the home

This house has all the charm and character of Old Town. The house was built in 1901 and has a large family/dining room and a very large yard for entertaining or gardening. The backyard is a gardeners oasis, there are two raised beds and a large fenced in ground garden area. There is also a very large chicken coop. Please note, this house is currently undergoing kitchen and bath upgrades, so it's much nicer than these photos show. There is now an LG energy saving washer and dryer. A Samsung side-by-side refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher, and an LG double oven with a gas stove top. We are currently installing cork flooring in the kitchen and tile in the bathroom.
