Great home with spacious rooms. Very functional. Open plan downstairs with vaulted ceiling in living and dining rooms. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and also in dining room.
One of the larger yards in this area (almost 9000 sq ft) with unlimited potential to match your creativity.
Brand new 375 sq patio using Calstone pavers by System Pavers. Looks amazing.
Great neighborhood (friendly and quiet), with excellent schools.
Neighborhood Description
This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Safe streets. The best school district - with Foxboro Elementary, Golden West Middle School and Vanden High School.
This part of Vacaville is commonly 10 degrees cooler in summer than the west side. Views of the back side of Lagoon Valley hills.
 

What I love about the home

Fantastic location, excellent schools (TUSD), spacious home, corner lot. Large back yard with gated vehicle access. New range/oven (2012). Beautiful new 375 sq ft patio (August 2014). Four ceiling fans. PG&E bill for family of 6 averages about $80.
