There is a special place above the fireplace with a spotlight to hang your favorite picture or piece of art.Windows extending from the floor to the ceiling on two walls of the main living room provide plenty of natural light, along with two sliding glass doors leading to the patio. Enjoy the citrus trees off the patio while also enjoying a refreshing beverage on the patio at sunset with the magical views of the Santa Rosa mountains.A community swimming pool and a separate jacuzzi are a short walk from the front door of the condo. There is a fireplace in the condo. This is a quiet, peaceful, safe and secure area inside the security guard gated community of Bermuda Dunes Country Club. It is a small condo complex.Included: Cable TV (includes HBO and Showtime), water, trash pickup, landscaping and exterior maintenance (including roof). Tenant pays the electric bill.
