Nice 1351 sqft Single family house in South Euclid, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with half finished basement, very large living and dining area with open concept, hardwood floors, located in a quite street just off major roads. Conveniently close to everything: college, restaurants, shopping, golf club, RTA. 3 blocks from Notre Dame College, near new Cedar shopping center, University Square. 6 minutes to Beachwood Place, Severance Town Center. take Cedar road 16 min to Case Western University, CCF, University Hospital.
Rent is $1000 a very good price in that area as most similar houses are rented for more.
Will be ready for move in September 1st.
No pets, no smoking, please.
