My Notes

Arbor Real was developed in 2007 on the 16 acre site of the former Hyatt Rickeys. The complex features modern building design concepts and has a largeswimming pool with an adjacent bbq area, childrens play areas, and greenbelts with mature landscaping.Note that many of the streets are named after the various heritage trees on the property. Unit R is especially attractive with its high ceilings, a multitude of windows, and vaulted ceilings in the living room creating tons of wonderfulnatural light. The propertybegins ina front porch with bubbling waterfalls, and the formal entry has a double-wide coat closet for all your guests. The stairway leading up to the main floor is again filled with bright natural light, even on those hazy days we sometimes get in California.
