This 3br, 2 ba brick ranch home is just 15 minutes from Downtown Greenville and has over a half an acre yard. Tastefully updated, some features include hardwood floors, smooth ceilings, renovated master bath and a new architectural roof. The kitchen has also been upgraded with granite countertops and all stainless appliances. A tile floored breakfast area overlooks a tranquil backyard that is buffered by a mature hardwood forest. As well, the backyard is fenced on 3 sides and could be finished if needed and has a separate dog run in the back. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the attic provides for ample storage. In the spring and fall months, you will appreciate cooling the house at dusk with the attic fan helping out with the utility bill. New door fixtures and locks were installed in August as well as a brand new garage door opener. The back deck is great for entertaining and with the lot size, you will appreciate the privacy provided. The HVAC system is only 8 years old and very efficient.
