PRICED TO SELL! This large, roomy, and upgraded one story ranch home is an outstanding value in the marketplace. Compare this home to much smaller homes selling for more money in the area. Value galore! Kitchen completely professionally remodeled in 2002, roof just three years old (2008), much larger rooms than you will typically find in newer homes. Property is full of pleasant surprises such as the wrap around fireplace in the nearly 300 square foot living room, a room that also features 8 foot high ceilings, recessed lighting and plenty of windows to enjoy the lovely landscaping. The flowing and open floor plan is a well designed and functional layout, perfectly suited for today?s buyer. At approximately 1850 square feet, you won?t run out of room, and if you have looked around, you would expect to pay more for a home with similar size and amenities. Wide entry hall, spacious living room with 8 foot cielings, living room then flows into dining area, which measures 9?6?x 12?, a very good use of space. The kitchen is fantastic, remodeled in 2002, a Chef?s delight. Tons of cabinets and counter space, room to move around. A 5 burner electric stove that is easy to clean. The more you look at this home the more you will realize this is a great deal! Solatube overhead light lets the sun shine in. How about the family room area off the kitchen!
