My Notes

Another great listing from Mitch Borgen and Renter's Warehouse. This house has 5 bedrooms plus a small office. It is located about a mile away from the University of Minnesota. The house has lots of living space and the bedrooms are all very nice. The home features a ton of updates including; new carpets, granite counter tops, and newly re-finished pantry! The washer/dryer is brand new. The unit comes with 2 off street parking spaces. The renter is only responsible for gas and electric.
