What I love about the home

Simpsonville is a quaint country town. It's quite charm is juxtaposed by its quick connection to I-64, which now leads to the premium outlet shops of the Bluegrass. In Just minutes you can be in St. Matthews, downtown Louisville, or even a quick commute to lexington. The wonderful thing about Simpsonville itself is you do not have to sacrifice the convenience of getting to the city by enduring the grind, traffic and nuisances of city life. As the originally horsing community of Simpsonville continues to grow with the sprawl of Louisville it's an increasingly attractive place to purchase a home or piece of property. Its no surprise after driving around that you will find this area to be a high fluting area without the snob appeal and there are opportunities to get into this "non-louisvile" area without having to pay Louisville prices. The time to buy is now! Before the secret is out and good deals are gobbled up.
