What I love about the home

The views of the city and the SF Bay are wonderful to wake up to. Having Decks on each floor is great for enjoying the view, weather, and hanging out and chatting. The hardwood floors, nice carpets and family friendly layout of the house make it a great place for kids and/or adults working at home. There are two wood-burning fireplaces and one is in the master bedroom on the top floor. It is wonderful to be in bed, looking out over the city, while having a fire going. As a tech professional, I bought this home because it is so easy to get to Silicon Valley by car or the various busses (Google, Apple, Genentech, etc.) while still having easy access to all the neighborhoods of the city. I also like how convenient it is to park, get to Safeway, Whole Foods and the BART and city bus lines. A 2 car garage, easy on-street parking along with a large basement storage area give you the benefits of a suburban house while being at the nexus of Noe, Glen Park, Castro and the Mission. Lastly, Noe Valley is just a fantastic neighborhood. We've got 24'th street a few blocks away, three great parks for kids nearby (the nearest is two blocks away), wonderful neighbors, and we're on a cul-de-sac street with very low traffic. It's a great place.
