What I love about the home

Roof terrace encompasses entire footprint with large storage closet and water to allow for BBQ dining and living space with city, bay and mountain views. 15th ave shops and restaurants are a 2 minute walk and all of Capital Hill is about a 10 min walk. Air conditioning? Yes.
