This home is in a new neighborhood between Lemay and College just North of Carpenter Rd. with its own community park, including a skate park, and lots of bike / walking paths throughout the neighborhood.This new two story home, with a 3 car tandem garage, is on a corner lot of a private cul-de-sac, with a huge fully landscaped and fenced yard, and boasts 2,414 sf, a great covered front porch and private back patio great for entertaining. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths and the laundry. The master suite is 17x14 and has huge walk-in closet and 5 piece bath. Bdrm 2 is 11x10, and Bdrm 3 is 13x10.The main level has huge vaulted ceilings over the 18x15 living room, and oak hardwood flooring throughout the entry, hall, dining room and kitchen, a half bath. It has great 14x11 kitchen with a large island and lots of cabinets and counter space, and a walk-in pantry. A sliding glass door from the 14x10 dining room opens to a large patio great for barbequing. Its a very open and socializing floor plan.There is also a full unfinished basement for lots of storage and out of the way activities.
