Exceptional 1 bedroom apartment in Pasadena. Freshly painted and very well maintained unit. Location is excellent! Short distance from PCC, Caltech, transportation and all the amenities that Pasadena has to offer. Bright and spacious unit with tile floors. The kitchen has ample cabinet space and is equipped with stove and. The bedroom has carpet, ceiling fan and great closet space. Water and trash are included. Great place! NO PETSTo view please come to our office to pickup keys. Beven & Brock is located at 99 S Lake, Ste. 100 in Pasadena. You may pick up keys from 8:30 to 4:00 Monday-Thursday, 8:30 to 2:00 Friday and 10:00 to 1:00 Saturday and Sunday. We have limited keys so if time is critical for you, please arrive early in the day when keys are most likely to still be available. Applications are given preference based on the order in which they are received.
