My Notes

Tastful Spanish tile re-model, Granite Countertops, Custom Maple Cabinets, Great room floorplan opened up in re-model, Added loft/office. Berber carpet upstairs. Added Granite and tile "sports bar", Re-textured walls and cieling, Skylight, two big decks, Natural Gas BBQ, White appliances. Lighting changed to recessed. Light and bright.
Neighborhood Description
I believe that this is the best nieghborhood in all of San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet yet lively. You cannot match the mixture of daylife to nightlife anywhere. Resturants are excellent, bars are diverse and varied, live music is unmatched, summer entertainment is THE place to be in all of San Diego during the fair and 4th of July celebration,plus the Fiesta del Sol, and the Del Mar Race season. The people are friendly, respectful and tolarant. The schools are the best in the country. The property values hold. Nearby public and private golf. Nearby shopping and home improvement. Walk to Amtrak and Coaster. If you can work here as well, you will see that if you ever get on the freeway it feels like you are going on a long trip somewhere far away. You will never want to leave here and you may never have to. This palce is a heaven on earth. 

What I love about the home

This location is excellent right on the beach. Walk to 2 Live music venues (1 with national acts Belly-Up) and Design District plus Fairgrounds/Racetrack. Walk to 4 Good Sushi, 10 Fine Dining, 2 sports bars, 1 Brewery Pub, 2 pizza, 2 fast Mexican and numerious other casual dining. Longs Drug and other shops. Drive to others just as good. The unit is excellent for entertaining and relaxing. The "sports bar" and loft add just enough to surpass the others. Stairs to the beach. Complex is being updated. Strongest HOA on the bluff for HOA fees of $450.
