This warm and friendly home has never before been on the market. It has lovingly been in the same family since it was built. The entry leads to a good sized living room and then to the dining room that will fit a large table. Both have beautiful crown moulding and scraped ceilings. The 2 bedrooms are good size and the bathroom has been updated. The kitchen cabinets were hand built by the family and the quality craftsmanship really shows. There is a built in microwave, gas stove and tile counters. The tile floor was installed 2 years ago. The carpet throughout the home is less than 5 years old and looks brand new. There is updated lighting throughout plus added electrical outlets in the home and in the garages. The 2 car garage has an added loft for loads of storage. The washer/dryer outlets are there and the garage door has an electric garage door opener plus an alarm system. The added additional garage has room for 1 car and includes a large work area. The backyard is charming and pleasant with rose bushes, grass, walking path and sitting area. A wonderful Artcraft Manor home.  More Less
