Large 2 room Studio with walk-in closets, nice light & hardwood floorsThis is a a very large main room space with a large walk-in closet which could take a desk or single mattress. Over 600 square feet of well appointed space with nice hardwood floorsFull bathroom original tile and terrazo floor. Large long entry foyer with two closets and full bathroom off it and main living space and kitchen at either end.Kitchen has nice 24 inch gas stove, 2 door frost free frig, room for a table & chairs and lots of cabinet space. Kitchen counter has granite counter stainless steel sink and wood drawers.The heat is electric blower. A linen closet in bathroom and good light throughout.Main room has tall curved ceiling and nice trim detail with a view of the center of the block. This is a 2nd floor unit located at the rear of the building which gets strong morning sun from the east. Building has a laundry room and huge lobby and parking lot. Parking lot currently has a carport space for $200 /month.NEIGHBORHOOD: NOPA or North of the panhandle Enjoy all the benefits of the Haight Ashbury neighborhood without the gritty nastiness. One block to the panhandle and a few blocks to either the shopping on Haight or parks like Golden Gate or Buena Vista. TRANSIT: A central City location for both public transit (be downtown quickly on the Hayes) or by your own car. There's also a very nice set of bike lanes on Baker Street. Overall a quiet neighborhood of small business and cafes. Rent includes water and garbage.
