My Notes

Corner lot with side access for boat, etc. New exterior/interior paint, hardwood floors, dual pane windows, recessed lights, baseboard, crown moulding, updated baths. Buyer can remodel the kitchen and landscaping to suit. This one will not last long at all!

What I love about the home

Believe it or not, LOVE the kitchen. As a Fremont real estate agent tricityhome.com, I look at what others have done to their kitchen remodel and I would rather do it myself. I want a kitchen that I can redo. My style is Art Deco 50's kitchens. When was the last time you had seen one redone that way? This house needs the kitchen pulled out and redone--So, this is your green light to buy a house in a good location and have a blank canvas to redo whatever you want to do in the kitchen.
