What I love about the home

Deceptively large home. Almost 3,000 square feet including basement. Large rooms and plenty of closet storage. Enjoy gorgeous views of Ft. Chaplin Park from both of your terraces. No need to travel for fireworks on the 4th of July! You can see fireworks shows from the Capitol, Virginia and Maryland. Quiet, safe, cul-de-sac neighborhood with many families and sweet elderly neighbors. Commute 10-15 minutes to downtown, Nats Stadium and Capitol Hill. One mile from metro and the bus stop is a half a block away. Oversized two car garage has room for your cars and plenty of storage, tools and equipment. Additional parking pad has room for an RV and several cars. This home is truly one of a kind!
